I work more then 15+ years with independent hotel owners, hospitality leaders, and property operators who are ready to gain clarity and start growing.

 

My work is about more than “revenue management.” It’s about building a hotel that works: financially, operationally, and energetically. I help you unlock your profit potential by fixing the structure underneath: your demand generation, pricing logic, direct bookings, and guest flow.

We don’t stop at strategy. We implement, clean up chaos, and lead your team into clarity.

My approach combines smart commercial strategy with mindset that actually moves things forward. I bring 15+ years of hands-on hotel experience across sales, marketing, revenue, operations, and online reputation — plus the leadership and energy to help you hold big growth.

 

I’m a commercial strategist, speaker, and founder of my consulting company (est. 2010). I’m also the creator of the Inevitable Hotel Success programme and multiple practical courses that simplify complexity for hoteliers around the world.

My way to revenue management

It was my family who gave me the opportunity to become a hotelier. Since the age of 9 my family has been running a mountain budget summer hiking & winter ski resort in Czech Republic.

I was blessed to grow up my love for hospitality in InterContinental Hotels Group. After spending 12 years in this international hotel chain (and 2 years in a fine dining catering company), I switched from working in hotels to consulting hotels.

It is my pleasure to share my knowledge and technology know-how with mainly independent hotel chains, small, middle sized independent properties and hotel owners in central and eastern Europe. Before pandemic, I was hosting a hospitality conference under dotcomhotel brand.

It is my honor to teach hoteliers around the globe how to apply the principles of dynamic pricing and revenue management. My intention is to transfer my proven know-how and knowledge into various powerful education programs and toolkits.

I want you to claim what's rightfully yours. I want you to have a healthy share of direct bookings, to manage a property with optimized occupancy by winning the ideal guest. Higher profitability can be achieved only with guest satisfaction.

My Strategy

My expertise is built on three core elements which need to synergistically cooperate. Every small or bigger hotel I have been working with as consultant has proven that combining technology & skills with mindset, meaning changing the way we think about revenue & pricing strategy as well as about guests and how we treat our team, can result in successfully managed hotels which guests fell in love with.

I was meant to become a hotelier and I chose to be one. Adopting the valuable skills, using the right technology and shaping up state-of-mind in the hospitality industry is all that I truly love.

Case Study 2025 and ongoing project
From -9.3% Deficit to +10% Revenue Growth in 9 Months

When I took over revenue management for this independent hotel, the starting conditions were brutal. A -9.3% revenue deficit from the first four months. Zero budget. System credentials handed over 7 days before the start date. And a pricing strategy built entirely on last-minute discounts of 20–30%.

Nine months later, the hotel hit a record revenue month and closed the year at +10% total revenue growth.

Here's what actually happened:

Within the first weeks I implemented dynamic pricing with 3–4 rate adjustments per day and set up two dashboards — one for Business on the Books KPIs, one for live market rate monitoring. The initial deficit was wiped out within 2 months. June alone came in at +21.2% RevPAR year-over-year.

When occupancy pushed dangerously past 90% — triggering payment gateway commission spikes and operational strain — I made a deliberate shift away from filling rooms. We moved to a pure ADR strategy. Profitability over volume.

The zero-cost moves that made a real difference: a data-driven adjustment to the hotel's name that extended the booking window, closing Early Rates, tightening cancellation policies on longer stays, and opening New Year's Eve inventory exclusively as non-refundable.

To prevent burnout and scale the work, I integrated my own AI into daily booking pace planning — bringing daily revenue management time down to under 60 minutes.

This project proves that with the right strategy and agile pricing, even a hotel with a 30-year history can completely reset its financial trajectory.
